Last night was dinner night at Aaron, Lars, and Henry's. And boy was it good!
Aaron and I went shopping for stuff for dinner, and he just kinda pulled all of the ideas out of his head for what we should put in it. He'd originally said it was going to be something like baked enchiladas, but there was no enchilada sauce, just taco seasoning, so they were baked soft-shell tacos, basically. But man, it was good. Then we got a movie called "Kitchen Stories" which is a Swedish movie, with subtitles about a company studying single Norwegian men in their kitchens, in order to build more effecient kitchens. Yes...very weird, but Aaron picked it out. It was actually kinda interesting...but weird, nonetheless.
I got a 22 out of 25 of my "Effects of 9-11 on Politics" paper for my Government class, which equates to an 88%! I really needed that, and was really happy when I got my paper back. I was actually pretty scared to get it back because I never like the way my writing turns out, and I didn't think it was very well written, even though I didn't wait 'til the last day to do it, like usual. Because this teacher knows everything there is to know about politics and is very smart, so I was scared it would look like I didn't know what I was doing, mostly since all of my sources were from the internet. Anyway, YAY! I was really happy.
I also turned in my paper for History, which I think I did a pretty good job on, so hopefully I will also get a high score on that. I got a B on his last paper at the beginning of the semester, but I always have a hard time writing papers for stuff I'm not interested in slash don't know much about.
Anywho, I think I'll get my Review of Literature paper back on Wednesday when I take the final for that class, and hopefully I did well on that, also. I think that was a well-written paper, for me, anyway.
But, it is time for me to wander off to work. Toodles.
